Your call on when or whether to extend one of the runs to a "long" one before the plan starts (as that will kick off with an 8 miler ). Given your past running volumes, you probably don't have to be too concerned about increasing volume too quickly until you get up to the low-mid 20s mpw. But since you have the time, might as well play it safe. Good luck! |
