My most motivational thing isn't a quote either.  My 3 year old son has cancer.  When I think I can't possibly do any more, I think how hard he is fighting to kick cancer's and I push myself harder.

If he can do it, so can I!

Nickleback's - "If today was your last day" has a lot of good motivational quotes that I've thought of while doing races
"Just F'n do it" - said that to a buddy of mine as I was trying to talk him into his 1st triathlon.  He spanked my in it too.

And not necesarrily motivational but today at a race called the Muddy Buddy they gave you two free beers at the end.  A guy we were talking to said "Beer, it's like Powerade only Awesome!!!"

Was watching Kill Bill Vol 1 tonight and heard one I liked.  Probably could take the "Kill" part out since I think the USAT frowns upon that. But in it's raw form...
Suppress all human emotion and compassion. Kill whoever stands in thy way, even if that be Lord God or Buddha himself - I like how it basically says to not let anyone stand in the way of your goals.

And then one from a country song.  "If you're going through hell, keep on going" - So simple that I love it.  If you are going through a tough time.  Just keep on going and get past it.
