Did the race last year, well organized event, unfortunately blew a tire less than a mile out, didn't have a "boot" but a motrocycle marshall came to the rescue with duct tape allowing me to finish. It was brutally hot so receommend two bottles fluids and extra sodium . |

I was down in the area in june doing the Sylvan beach Tri, and yeah...it was definately hot...had to drink one and half bottles on a 18 mile bike. Should be fun!! |

Then I realized I couldn't do it because all the boys are going on a road trip to see a concert in Austin that weekend. Well, the husband just told me they will be back in plenty of time for me to do this tri so I guess I need to take a good look at it. |
