Subject: Protein Powder at Breakfast If I train in the morning before breakfast, I always have a protein shake with about 15-20g of protein in it.
However, if I don't train in the morning, or I have training or a race after breakfast (eg long ride Sunday ) I don't usualyy have any protein shake. I have 6x wheat bix, 1x kiwifruit and about 1.5-2 cups of milk (350-500ml? )
Will the protein from the milk (about 12g ) be enough for breakfast.
If I don't have the protein shake, I feel much more hungry for the rest of the morning. |
