Need to figure out how to wear watch on bike and swim so I don't fool with it when starting out on the run..hopefully the garmin watch thats coming in July will solve this issue.

Lower Leg had been fighting off an infection, could this have affected the run? I think so but I am not making any excuses.

Warm down:

Banana and Water...stomach cramps came as always. Couldn't get much else down stomach for a while. Need to relax more after the race. Hopefully this will come with time.
