Go to Timmy Chan's on 610 near Telephone and load up the night before. Also, while in line there, score some smack and do a rail the morning of the ride. You will be fine.
It depends on your distance. I'm doing the 40 and will have a full water bottle and some shot bloks. I'll be done in less than 2 hours fa sho.
