Only a week and a half left and then I'll only have three months left in my 'Prep Phase' and then I start my 20-Week Ironman Training Plan... so yeah, it's getting close

Ah, looks like plenty of room for 3,000+ to fit.

Training? what training? are we supposed to train for LP? I thought it was all about just drinking beers at the LP brewery...

WittyCityGirl - 2009-11-19 9:18 PMMan, I feel like I have to jump into the discussion.  You guys are vocal!!!

35 weeks to go. Woohoo!
We're making up for last year! 35 weeks....that makes me nervous!

If you think you're nervous, imagine what it's like over here in Japan where it's already tomorrow.  I've got one less day to train.  crap.

I have much bigger goals for LP 2010... if (and that's a big if) I can stay healthy, I really am focussing on a better RUN. nyone else focussed on a particular part of the race?

Rick, you are going to have a great race. I think you will have a great spring/summer of training and set a PR.

Just my worthless opinion

Hey Fred.  Regarding your question, I am going to Focus specifically on getting as strong as possible on the Bike.  This way I'll have a better chance of Running  the entire Marathon -- which is a big goal for me.
