Wed- Rest. Now it's Thursday, Nose and lungs are still stuffy and hacky. Do you try to get an easy workout in? Rest some more? I just rest. Assuming you have a good base built, a few days off won't hurt a thing. I think it's better to rest and then start logging good workouts again, rather than prolong your illness while logging junk miles. But, that's just me. |
