Subject: Any Pickering peeps out there?
I'm going to be in Pickering next week and will have my last looooong run to do (36K) and wondered if there were some favourite running routes to be shared!

I have a favourite long ruin in Pickering. Drive down Brock Rd. to the lake - just before the gates to the OPG power plant  turn left and go for 500m. The road will end by the lake in a cul-de-sac. I like to park my car there and run east along the lake on the paved paths. You can go all the way to Oshawa and back. Most of the route is a paved jogging / cycling path, and quite a bit of it is right along the lake.

Oh wow!!  That's perfect!  That's a few blocks from where I'll be staying.  Thanks sooo much.  I didn't realize that the path went so far.
