Subject: What to do with my AM workout time.

OK need some advice I have 45 min to 1 hour of training time in the morning and then I have up to 2 hours in the evening most nights ,evening time is max. Right now I am doing low intensity runs and bikes on the treadmill and trainer along with short core sessions in the morning.  As I exit the prep period and need to have more quality workouts should I keep that am plan or switch to AM weights, core, and stretching and leave my SBR for the evenings?  My goal is Ironman next year at this time.

Still missing some info:

what's your worse of the 3?  If you have one, tackle it first thing in the morning then do bricks for the other two in the evening.  In the weekend do bricks with your worse one and the next event (unless your worse on is running, the last event, then do bike/run bricks)
