I know that IMFL is coming up... IMAZ shortly after that... and IMCOZ one week after Florida !

any other IMs coming up this year?

how is everyone feeling?  I'm really tired (and always hungry) but feeling pretty good. Crappy weather forced a 4 hr trainer ride Saturday ... and I did a strong 17.25 mi run on Sunday. 6 weeks out.. sometimes feels too soon, sometimes, too far away!

Did Ironman UK this summer and was considering doing the Great Floridian this October but opted out of it.

Really thinking of doing IMFL next year. That race sells out soon so I'll have to sign up probably as soon as it goes on sale. Can't wait to read your race report.

B2B for me too!  Less then 3 weeks to go

I can't wait and just finished my last huge week and feel so much less pressure since I only have 14 hours of training this week and I may actually get my long ride in the real outdoors.  I've only been able to ride once outside in about 3 weeks due to weather.

IM AZ in 5 weeks. I'm tired of being hungry all the time and sick of all the food I am eating. Happy to be starting a rest week but feeling pretty good about training!

IMAZ in November.  Started having some pretty bad achilles issues almost 2 weeks ago, so training right now is A.R.T., Graston, Ultrasound etc.  I'm making great progress and confident it will be healed in time to race, but I'm missing all my major workouts.  Hopefully I will be cleared to ride by this weekend.

IMAZ!  I got knocked down by H1N1 recently, but I am planning a big comeback!!!  I was quite the pity-party, but as I start feeling better my attitude gets better too.  I figure that at least I won't get it right before the race...and finishing is going to mean just that much more to me now.  Woot!
