Subject: Anyone doing Ironman Miami 70.3?
I don't have the time to train for all the 3 sports so it looks like I am going to do a relay with my gf and my best friend. I'm excited. I'd love to be able to run it on my own by time will not permit this year.

I'm in.

Will be my first HIM.  Done a few sprints and an OLY so far this yr. I wanted my first HIM to be WTC run and I am getting it.  Disney's HIM (also WTC) in May will probably be too hot and muggy for a 1st.  Even tho I'm from the Tampa area, I rather deal with sea breezes than hot/humid.

I am sure we'll see a thread started soon.  Good luck to you and your relay team.
