Just checking in.
The past two days' I've consumed my 80oz of water and am well on my way today.

So what is everyone drinking these days? I prefer Nestles Pure Life.

Water is great!

8 glasses may be pretty tough. But, the most important time to drink water is as soon as you get out of bed- 6-8 hours with no water, your body is dehydrated.

Some of the recent studies have even shown that tea (especially green tea) can be counted in your daily water consumption. Yay for green tea!

I'm kind of late to the party but I would like to join the challenge as well. In the summer I drink 4 L (1 gallon) a day. Lately I've only been hitting 2 or 3 L a day. My goal is to get back to 4...that's where I feel the best.

I would like to play.  I used to be so good with water but of late I have been slacking.   I usually get in 5 or 6 glasses right now.  On a really good day I will get 8.  So far today is 5

I've fallen off the wagon a bit on the water consumption.  Hope to get back on track this week!
