Said she was going to run a marathon in December so I have to figure she is planning on White Rock.  I will be running the half, maybe I will see her.

Interesting episode.

I was really surprised at how excited they were to be in DC...before they found out about going to the white house...which admittedly would be cool...they were just excited to be in DC...they were making a HUGE deal out of it...and I was mystified.

She did look good on Leno.  Just finished watching it.  But she looks goofy when she runs...someone needs to do a gait analysis for her!

Ding, dong, the witch is dead.  Strange woman.  Fitness wise - she's doing great but man did she come across as strange.

Bob and Amanda must be having an affair.  Way two much affection between those two!

I didn't dislike Tracy so much, and except for this week she's been pretty good about losing weight.  I was kind of sad to see her go.  Shay, Daniel, and Liz still rub me the wrong way.

I do think in the past few weeks she had turned herself around and was doing very good with her weight loss. From a game perspective though, she had to go.  She has proven in the past to be unstable with decision making so who knows what she would have done if she was in another situation to affect somethig in the game related to the other players.

Finally Daniel had a good week.  I am a Rudy fan.  I think in the end it is going to come down to Alan and Rebecca

I agree. All of them are struggling to drop weight and those two are focused on getting extremely fit, it will pay off during challenges for immunity. Both are in the zone.
I think Jillian does get into peoples heads and forces them to push, as in Daniels case. I think Bob's counting on Alan winning the way he pushes him and the stuff he has him do..

Finally an episode without crybaby drama (well, very little anyway)! I liked that they focused on getting others involved with working out and being healthy and that they focused a little bit on the garden and growing your own vegetables, etc. That, and Bob's little blurb about doing a workout anywhere. I think too many people come up with excuses as to why they can't eat healthy and why they can't workout, when really you can if you really want it.

I did think Tracey looked good so far in her weightloss (my husband had the same comment that she ran weird, but I tried to remind him that this was someone who has probably never really ran before, and believe it or not, there is some technique to it! Back in high school track, we did form drills EVERY SINGLE DAY. Hopefully, if she sticks with running, she can get some more guidance on proper form, nutrition, etc.).

A couple things I noticed/thought:

During the pop challenge Bob kept going on and on about changing the lives of everyone who showed up, yet about 80 percent looked to be a healthy weight.

How does Allen, a guy who is supposed to be physically fit for his job, not do better on the challenges?

I'll miss Tracy. After all the self-rightousness by so many of the other contestants, I wanted to see her stay.

I'm glad she was voted off - it was only a matter of time.

Tracey trying to run is definitely not "kosher".  She obviously has never been a runner, and with all that extra weight, it would be very trying to run properly.  I can't imagine carrying all that extra fat, skin, etc. would be easy.  Even though she was quite the character and not that well-liked (I didn't care for her), I'll give her credit for "breaking through" and wanting to be healthier and continuing on with it.  Good for her.

I think people who are out of shape would be less likely to show up for a group exercise.

I was surprised Allen didn't win the penny challenge but I was a bit annoyed by that one because it seems men, who in general have larger hands, would have the advantage.

I would have been happy if either one of them, Tracy or Liz went home.  Being from the South I can't stand hicks like Liz and Tracy is just crazybatsh!tinsane.

Considering they showed Tracy run her mile in 11:56 or something does she really think she can finish a full marathon without walking the entire thing?

The comments from the viewers on Leno were priceless.  How is she really supposed to respond to a question like that.  No wonder Leno is tanking.

I'll be there too, depending on how my training goes I'll either be doing the half or just rooting people on lol Wonder if she'll wear a "Biggest Loser" t-shirt?

I agree about the people who showed up, it was just that all the comments made it sound like they had 800 Biggest Loser contestants there.

I thought the same also, though it was evened out a bit on the balance beam act where the bigger guys were at somewhat of a disadvantage.

My wife keeps saying that as well.

I thought Bob "played for the other team" though. In all seriousness I thought I had heard that somewhere.

Shay & Liz are bigger nutjobs than Tracy.

I was amazed at how normal Tracy's husband & kids are as well.

I think Shay just has alot of baggage she needs to work through with a shrink with her childhood.  Liz is just a hick

The entire pop challenge was super silly. I also thougt it was bizzarre about how excited they were to go to DC.  It's not like they went somewhere that most Americans can't drive to, ferchrissakes.   I'd be a lot more excited about going to Hawaii or beyond   Also, the White House gig was kind of a joke.  They got the assistant chef and made a salad?  Neat.

But I'm glad to be rid of Tracey, for sure.  She's wacky.  Although I was glad to see she had such a nice family and I'm happy for her.  Obviously life is working out okay for them and she's better off back home.

Well, even I would have thought it was cool to even get to SEE the white house kitchen...that isn't on the tour!

But your comment is exactly what I was thinking...it's DC...everybody goes there someday!  I've been at least half a dozen times!

Perhaps they were just excited to be going ANYwhere other than being stuck on the ranch. And with everyone going, they'd all be at the same advantage/disadvantage workout/eating-wise. I imagine I'd go pretty loopy being stuck at the same place every day doing mostly the same thing.

I was so HAPPY Tracy got voted off. After she was horrible to the other contestants, it was deserved.

The White House trip was OK... but not as OVER THE TOP as they made it out to be! I suspect they HOPED they would meet the President... and thus the initial excitement at the ranch.

That pop challenge with the pennies was BS. At least let them use their shirts to carry pennies. ????

Bob and Amanda are not going to have a love affair... I suspect he's not into girls... in that way. (Which is fine, just pointing out a fact.)

I'm glad what'shername - the host called Tracy out on some of her past decisions as a result of here getting kicked off...  (not that Tracy didn't see it coming).

Anyway, she is crazy, runs weird, BUT, I was surprised how she looked in the end.  She was borderline attractive in her face...  Caught me off guard.

About the challange, yes, it was biased towards the big handed people, but other challenges are biased in other ways as well.  What comes around goes around.
