All registered and body marked.  I am exhausted.  Got up at 3:30am and have been going ever since.  I am picking the bike up tomorrow and going for a little ride.  Got my GPS today as well.  Hope to see some of you guys tomorrow.

I'm here in Tempe, personally I'd like the mid-day temps to be about 5-10degrees cooler.  It's a fine line between wanting warmth on the bike coming out of the water, but not wanting the heat during the run :-/

Can't help on the food thing... I intentionally got a suite with a kitchen so I could stay in and cook my own stuff. :-/  Considering I left Denver at 11:30 last night and drove the 14hours here, I'm glad I get to relax and not have to go out for food.  I registered and everything, but the line to get body marked (although it was only like 10 people long) took forever (looked like there was only two people body marking).  Being tired from the drive I just ditched and figure I'll get it done tomorrow... hopefully the line isn't worse.

Oh... anyone else notice that anyone that wants to register for '11 has to make a decision... it's the same time as the practice swim. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems like the line to register will likely make you not able to get out and swim.

Updated forecast is showing 68 as a high on Sunday... slight chance of rain.  So the temps should be perfect.

As far as food goes...   not sure what you have in mind, but http://www.pastabrioni.comis a nice choice.  Less than a mile south, at Miller and Indian School is Tribe Multisport in case you need to any last minute things for Sunday.  http://www.spinatospizza.com is located just south of Tempe Marketplace, and the house pizza- a spinich treat- is really good.    www.cafeboa.com  and  http://www.houseoftricks.com/site/  are two other good choices.    What style of food are you looking for?

Oh, and add us to the list-  Kris and Mindy Przeor    #430 and #2179

My favorite eats in Tempe is House of Tricks.  You can get a great meal and eat outside.  It is on 7th just east of mill ave.  It is nice but relaxed dining.

My training buddy Karleen Dirmantas is one of the chefs there! She's a top female age grouper who's also doing IMAZ.

Local forecast has 40% chance of rain on Sunday, looks like a cold front will be moving through which could also kick up the winds, high's in the 60's. Plan your T1 bags accordingly, it could be very chilly on the bike.

Do any of you know if I (as a volunteer) can sign up another person in addition to myself for next years race? or are volunteers only allowed to register themselves only?..

I hope someone will start an official "watching thread" early tomorrow morning.  I'll be down at the race site cheering on, but won't have computer access, though I will have my cell phone with me.
