Comments:

This was my first 5K tirkey tort in my new home state and town! It was fun eventhough it was raining I felt I did well for not being in very good running shape these days since my move and all that had changed in my life
What would you do differently?:

not much I know how to run a 5K I just need to grt a bout 20 lbs off of me

walk around and get goodies in side the gym

What limited your ability to perform faster:

just have not been running as much as normal and get used to running in wet weather
