Was going to run as a training run, started first third out at ~9 min/mi pace. Picked it up at the end

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Marathon 2& 1/2 weeks earlier and very little training since 3 x 3 miles really slow

Great run. Exceeded my expectations. Will most likely do it again.
