Hey ya'll, just wondering what everyone is up to. What are your training goals if any?
I plan on loads of bike trainer work and core work. Any way it's rather boring but
neccessary!!!!

I was weak on the run this season so I've spent the fall and am going to spend the rest of the winter improving it. I can get back into bike shape fast so will start hitting that hard at the end of winter probably. I think I'm running a spring mary so the Swim and Bike are on the back burner for now. I'll do a spin class here and there just to keep the feel but not doing any longer sessions.

I took last summer/fall off b/c of move, new job, and my father's passing, so I'm excited to use the Winter to get back in the swing of things.  I've been doing 2 strength/core sessions, 2 runs, and 2-3 short cycling sessions lately, and when I get through the craziness of the holidays, will start to amp up mileage.  My goal is to be consistent, get quality workouts, if not super long ones right now, and keep watching nutrition to start next Spring with confidence!

Been all over the place these past few weeks, some tennis, some strength training a spin class, a bit of swimming and running (a lot of guitar playing), a bit of yoga.

For a base workout, yoga 3 to 4 mornings per week.
Strength training 2x per week.
Try to get in 1x run, swim, spin class per week.
Focus on form and effeciency for the Run/Bike/Swim Workouts.
Going to try to focus on quality vs. quantity for RBS. Quaility warmup, shorter more intense workouts, quality cool down and stretch.

I don't have time to focus on everything, everyweek, so my thinking is that i'm going to have some type of sliding plan throughout the season (one week an extra swim, an extra run or bike another week for example.
