Subject: so cal open water swimming
Greetings, all.

I am here in Long Beach, and I am using this forum to find any information on good lakes or reservoirs (non ocean/salt water) for open water training. Please let me know!
Need to break away from the pools.

You could do the long beach tri swim path.

Typically I go to Corona Del Mar but that's more Orange County.

Good luck. Not many fresh water options, I think Castaic opens for swimming but not until late spring.
