Subject: A last minute christmas project?

Thought it was cute! Ive never made a gingerbread house... but she doesnt make it seem too hard....

I don't see what makes it a gingerbread bike shop.  It's a gingerbread house with a few gingerbread people.  When my kids were younger, we made one almost every year.  We even have a mold that you use twice - it makes a side, roof, and front/back.  Then use royal icing to hold it all together, and decorate with candy.  I'd have been more impressed if there were things that represented a bike shop in some fashion - chocolate or licorice wheels, for example.
