She is pretty low key, but works you very hard. You might be surprised just how short a half mile can be when in the water! I also have a few instructional videos that I think are dynamite. If interested let me know and I'll dig out the titles etc.. |

Trina, I'm just south of you in Norman, and I know that's a bit of a haul, but I'd be glad to work with you if you'd like. I've been a competitive swimmer and a coach/instructor for a while, although not a tri coach, but I think I could help if you wanted it.
