Hi Trina, I've heard good things about the Master's class at the downtown YMCA. I haven't been swimming much this winter, but I hope to start back soon.

Hey Trina,

I have been looking for a swim coach as well and John Brown came highly recommended to me by a couple of different people.  He is out of the lighthouse gym.

Hi Trina.  I attended the master's class at the North Y, and also took private lessons from Kendra Musick (their Aquatics Director).  She is pretty low key, but works you very hard.  You might be surprised just how short a half mile can be when in the water!  I also have a few instructional videos that I think are dynamite.  If interested let me know and I'll dig out the titles etc..

Trina,
I'm just south of you in Norman, and I know that's a bit of a haul, but I'd be glad to work with you if you'd like. I've been a competitive swimmer and a coach/instructor for a while, although not a tri coach, but I think I could help if you wanted it. There's a couple of us here in the greater OKC area...we should organize a group OWS this year when it gets warmer!

Cheers,
Tracey

Tracey -

Shoot me a PM with your phone number and I'll give you a shout. I still do need help improving my form and could use a good coach.
