pain on top of foot

i get pain on the top outside of my left foot...mine is from bulging discs (L4 and L5) they are in contact with my S1 nerve. The S1 nerve runs down legs and over your foot.

probably just a spasm...because of my back problem, i too get that same pain. i was told it was a spasm. I'm not saying that it is a back problem that is causing your pain, could be a number of things. but it does sound like a spasm...they can be painful and usually do last only a few minutes

No problem bro...i use to get those pretty bad. i would get them bad after snowboarding. they would get pretty painful at times. ive been going to physical therapy for the last few months and havent had a problems in a while.
