Fairly new here, would like to join for the run. What distance and pace do you tend to run?

The main loop we do is about 6.5 miles. The trail throws the pace way off. We usually end up around 11:30/mile. Some are faster and others are slower. If we get to spread out then we stop at certain points and regroup.

So, everyone runs at their own pace (unless subject to the influences of peer pressure. )

I'm a maybe, as usual.  Particularly with PB plunge later in the day.

Regarding pace - for me "comfortable" PVSP trail pace is about 1:15 slower than my comfortable road pace.

Now people, please let Steve start these threads.  He gets all weepy on me when his thunder get's stolen like this.

I'm should be in again.  I'm gonna try to drag my roommate along too.  I'm trying to get him to do a triathlon or two this summer (he's a cyclist, but not a big runner or swimmer), so if he comes I need you guys to continuously talk about how awesome they are and how cool he'll be if he does one.

I'll put the idea of a reverse brick out there again, but if the forcast doesn't change (30's and snow) I'm doubting it.  OTOH, I just got my first tri bike yesterday and am really itching to ride (though from what I hear about tri bikes, you may not want to be anywhere near me as I learn to ride this thing).

I'm in also, but I won't be joining you crazies for the bike ride.  See ya bright and early.

So I checked the forcast again...I don't think there's any chance it'll be warm enough that I want to bike after, I'm actually quite a wuss when its cold, Tricia even called me out for having the circulation of a girl this morning...

It's just too much fun to pass up.

It looks like the snow is going to hold off.

I guess that's up to Tricia since she started the thread.

I would say Landing Rd at 8:00am. Depending on who we have I wouldn't mind stretching the run out a little. Or we could do our regular loop and then add on a little more after we swing back to the parking lot.
