Subject: Hi from Vancouver
Hi
Last year I did my first ever sprint tri's here in Vancouver.
One of the two races I placed 3rd in my age category (over 50's) without any personal trainer or real method to my training.
This year I've got a trainer to help me and I look forward to see what my true potential is and have registered for 3 tri's this season.

I've got lots of questions for you seasoned veterans and look forward to the on-line community, since some people (like my spouse) tends to think of training for triathlons as a "selfish" self- consumed endeavor. I need to communicate with other triathletes who are more supportive.
