Las Palomas Tri in Rocky Point Mexico

After Red Rocks posted info on how to get discounted room rates at the Las Palomas resort in Rocky Point, I went online to book my room. For some reason when I hit the reservation button, it had the spinning clock on the computer screen and then went back to the main page. I wasn't sure if I had a reservation so I called the reservation number and found out that my reservation had not gone through.

When I booked over the phone I got a $35 cheaper room rate than the "Special Triathlon Rates" that they posted on their website. When I went to book, those rates weren't even available and the rates had increased online.

Just a heads up to anyone who is doing the Las Palomas Tri in Rocky Point. Call and do your reservation in person and you might save a good bit of money.
