Comments:

It was a nice day for this 5K in Tacoma. I have done 4 runs out here and this was the first one and it was not raining LOL.
What would you do differently?:

I feel the what prevented me from doing better was the fact that I am 20 lbs heavier then when I used to run when living in CO.

This is the 2 time I have run this course since I have lived here in Washington. Next year at this time I expect to have a much better time at this 5K
