I use spit and it works fine for me, but interestingly it seems it doesn't work for everyone.  My wife's goggles still fogged up when trying that technique, but an anti-fog spray worked.

dab of baby shampoo in each goggle rubbed in and rinsed out works for many people, including myself.

I agree with many before me. Spit. When that stops working, I have a travel sized bottle of watered-down baby shampoo in my bag.

100% agree!!!!   I use it about every 4 swims just to make sure.
