Subject: Rear brake mounting screw torque?
As the title suggests, what is the proper torque for the pivot bolt that holds the rear brake assembly on a road frame?  My rear brake keeps rotating clockwise (in the direction the brake cable pulls) so I'm guessing the bolt is incorrectly torqued, but don't want to over-torque it either.

TIA,
Corey

Is your frame aluminium or carbon?
