Subject: 20 Week Sprint - 2x Balanced program question
I am starting the Beginner sprint program and was wondering if the structure is set, by that I mean is it OK to switch the Long Swim and Short Run days?

You can switch it around any way it fits your schedule best. However, make sure you follow up each long day with either a short day or a rest day and try not to put two days of the same activity back to back. Good luck!

yeah...its only 2x per sport per week so you needn't worry so much about what workouts falll where...and you arent doing any back to back swim or runs with your mod...so i think your good...
