A hole that goes completely through or just partially through?  I use Aquaseal for ones that don't go all the way through - never had one go fully through so I'm not sure how well it works there.

I have a 10 year old Xterra, and I've repaired it a number of times.

If it's on a seam, it may be possible to have it re-stitched. If it's not, it can usually be repaired with rubber cement. You can probably get it at a wetsuit dealer.

If the tear is just a figernail cut, it can be repaired fairly easily, however it's completely through, and in a spot that's under a lot of stress, you may not be as successful, but it's still worth a try.

When I was looking for info on repairing mine, I found lots of instructions on the web. One trick that I recently read was to use scotch tape to keep the two ripped edged together as the cement fully cures.

DH used it to repair a significant tear in his suit.  Easy to follow directions, no problems.

THAT is too funny, that is exactly the first thing I thought of when I saw the thread title!!  But I'm an elementary music teacher, I know lots of weird little songs!

I don't know if other manufactures do repairs on their wetsuits, but I know Desoto does. I got a rip in my bib johns. I called them to get advise on how to repair it. They said just send it in. I did and they repaired it so well I could not tell it had been ripped. There was no charge for the repair and they shipped the suit back at no cost to me. It took a little over a week Their customer service is second to none in my opinion.
