This is interesting. I recently had a conversation with my boyfriend about this, because I was starting to think I was a freak for wanting "pizza" more than he did. The stereotype is that it's usually the other way around. He's a once-a-weeker, I'm an every-other-dayer. We agreed to compromise at 2x a week, but it's not as scheduled as it sounds. He just knows there are "pizza" needs that should be met or mama gets a bit cranky.

Average of 3x a week. My wife and I have been married for almost 2 years now if that makes any difference and no kids unless you count the 2 dogs.

Be careful.  I was in this same position and married 8 frustrating years.  They put out until the wedding and then not so much until you are trying to get pregnant and then not so much.  Way to much not so much for me.

I'm not sure how to vote, because I have three distinct pizza frequencies based on different eras in my marriage:

1. Before we had a child.
2. When we were trying to have a child.
3. After we had a child.

It is tough to answer.
Logistics that include demanding careers and two kids.
Such a feast or famine issue.
There are some great weeks, and others when we barely see each other.

Hmmm, I thought it was about pizza, not "PIZZA". Disregard my 1x per year vote. The real answer; Ain't nobodys business 'cept mine.

Hey, I like eating pizza, too.  It's gratifying to know I'm not the only one.

x2. It varies depending on many factors. I don't feel like we have to have pizza x number of times a week to say we have a good relationship. As long as the pizza is good when we do have it, that's what counts. I want gourmet pizza not microwave Tombstone.

You wouldn't believe me if I told you. Suffice it to say that once per day is a slow day. When I'm in a committed relationship, that is.
