Comments: Should have run a little more. When walking keep the quickness. Left foot bagan hurting in the last 1/4 mile. What would you do differently?: I would love to keep a 12:30/mile pace  Post race
Warm down: Water. Took off shoes. Bottle of water, banana, fig nuton, oreo 2. Stayed for awards. Forgot towel so I could not shower (REMEMBER TOWEL). Changed clothes, went out for dinner. What limited your ability to perform faster: My own running ability, foot hurt. Event comments: I will do this race every year. Loved it for who I am and how I perform. Race started at exactly 7:00 pm. Kids race at 6:30. Very friendly, lots of cheering. Excellent shirt, can actually be used for running. Last updated: 2010-06-08 12:00 AM

Drove 45 minutes to race. Drank a bottle of water on the way. Checked in, bathroom, a little bit of stretching.
Walked over to start. Visualized. But on headphones and turned on music. Woke up timer for when gun went off.
