I live in Arizona and do most of my running at night. 9pm still between 95-110. Would any of the arm coolers help to keep cool at night? I know from doing some research that people like them to keep the sun off their skin but that is not really the problem i'm having. Its just HOT.....Also, if they will help, which brand would you recommend?

I have just started using the DeSoto arm coolers, and have found that they do work when its dark as well.  The material is well ventilated and any breeze via wind or your speed will help to *dry* them out which is what causes the cooling.

Sure the white reflects and keeps some of the suns rays out, but they dont stop everything.  There is more to it than just cover.  I love them, and if I had a shaved head, would highly suggest their helemt beanie, I use one with a full head of hair and love it as well.

Very interested in purchasing one of their long sleeve skincooler shirts with pockets on the spine.
