Did OK at the race today. Well let's be honest... I sucked. Ha! Cut in the swim line so that was fine. Swim time was the same as last year. The bike, ugh the bike. What happened to my mojo? Got a side cramp at 4 miles in, with only a 19.5 mph average. At 6 miles I had about the same average and I knew I wouldn't place in my AG with that. And I was having to slow down to fix the side cramp. The run... yeah... I was working hard to do a 9:30 mm. So I finally just started walking some. Why push it when I wasn't going to place?
