I doubt that, after further review of my distance and times. It looks more like I'm running 9:25 miles and average speed thus far is about 17-22 mph. But after truly a decade off the bike and that far removed from running, im pretty happy with how my 44 year old and 214 lb out of race shape body is conforming. I managed three 2 a day works out this past week. bike, swim-run, swim-bike,swim-run,swim- friday was just a.m. bike for 22 miles.

There are a handful of us on here in the area.  We are probably about the same running pace, but that 6am start time may be a bit rough for me.  If you want to run/bike in the evenings...

ill keep that out there, right now a.m. rides or runs during the week is the only way I can get in swims at lunch. But as life happens, and it always does well see when this all changes. how about weekend group or tri team rides ? any ? sat or sunday a.m. localy ?
