Ultra runner to newbie triathlete

I am a ultra trail runner that has gotten the triathlon bug.  I'm not sure what has drawn me to this sport  but I just can't stop thinking about the challenge.  I have ran a 50 miler, some 50 K's, marathons, half marathons and everything in between.  Injury has been common place for me and pretty much had to take this summer off to heal.  I have been riding my bike to crosstrain and have been loving it.  The crosstraining has got me thinking about triathlons, so hear I am.  Glad to be a newbie and looking forward the the adventure.  Later
