Really good bike once I got going. Had a litle trouble getting into my pedals at the start but once I was in I had a great race.

Just be a little more careful getting on my bike.

Comments:

HOT, HOT, HOT. Terrible run but when the body tells you to stop sometimes you have to listen.
What would you do differently?:

Train more in the heat but I'm not sure if that would have helped. Humidity and heat just aren't my friends.
Post race
Warm down:

Lay on blanket and feel like I'm going to dye. Haven't ever been this sore after a Tri. THe heat just kicked me in the butt.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

HEAT
