Subject: RE: Four days out to first OLY...... I have found this to be individual. I know some that just do light training. I know some that cut the volume and do some moderately intense training so they don't feel sluggish by slowing down. I would take it easy and do a couple moderate, good quality workouts over the next 2-3 days. I only rest one day before a race and sometimes do a light workout the day before. I don't like that stale feeling when I hop on the bike if I rest too long. |
