Subject: Four days out to first OLY......
Should I relax, do moderate training/exercise, or push my self hard the next two days?  Sorry, I use my own log book so it may be touh to give advice?

I have found this to be individual. I know some that just do light training. I know some that cut the volume and do some moderately intense training so they don't feel sluggish by slowing down.

I would take it easy and do a couple moderate, good quality workouts over the next 2-3 days. I only rest one day before a race and sometimes do a light workout the day before. I don't like that stale feeling when I hop on the bike if I rest too long.

x2 on relaxing with some light workouts. I did my first Oly on a Sunday.  Worked out lightly that week- did lots of confidence boosting workouts- i.e. fast and flat.  I took that Fri completely off and on Sat did a short swim and a 30 min bike.  Worked like a charm and I had a great race!!

I do like a short workout the day before because it calms me down and enables me to sleep a little better since I'm not so antsy from not working out.  Good luck!!
