Anyone doing or have done the San Dimas Turkey Tri (Page 2)

And now there is snow on the mountains - just like last year. Water could be in the 50's by the time we race. You'll be thankful for the suit. I did it in a spring suit last year and was miserable. It's a full suit for me! Good luck and have fun!

 

I'll be there on Sunday.  I'm gonna try to just take it easy.  My stomach will likely be still too full!

Still planning to race Sunday, but I've got a little bit of a left knee injury going on, so might DNS...got a free registration for volunteering all day at Magic Mountain Man, so this is the perfect scenario to sit out the race.  My wife is racing either way, though, so I'll be there whether I give it a 'go' or not.

I wore my sleeveless suit last year (in the 56F water) and was okay, but by no means comfortable.  Probably will be in the fullsuit Sunday.

I've got my wetsuit & am ready to go! I opted for the sleeveless since I get overheated easily & like that it allows so much arm movement. The full sleeve one felt too constricted & I couldn't wait to remove it the 1 time I swam in one.

Oh & I'm #322...gal in a sleeveless wetsuit & blue swirlie tri tank, black tri shorts, long dark ponytail.
