not much, past 4 people. was just hare to swim in a pool. Think I might like open swim better. First one didnt really know what to expect.
Thought I swam good, was not tired. A little disoriented when left the swim area.

Hey I think that your average on your bike was great for a hilly ride.

You haven't really used your logs much, so it's difficult to see what you need to do. I'll keep checking out your logs to see. Maybe you could try some intervals.
