Something like a timed "out and back"  run or bike ride would work.     Then we would start and finish at the same time and go our own pace.   

Or a run around Green Lake.

Or, okay someone's turn...

What I like to do is head down to SEWARD park pretty early.. 8-9ish.. swim for about 30-35 minutes.. then bike around mercer island and back (about 30 or so miles).???
