What would you do differently?:

Nothing, overall I was extremely pleased with my performance. I'm not the fastest guy in the world, but I improved my overall time from musselman by 42 minutes in just 2 months. But most importantly, I weighed 242 lbs in July 2009, and living at 175 lbs now is what matters to me most. A HUGE thanks to Mike Corona for generously taking time to coach me, seeing that before 2 months ago I never wore my HR monitor or knew what the word tempo meant-THANKS MICHAEL.
