Subject: Where to go after One Hour Runner
as of this morning, I have finished the One Hour Runner Program as a follow up to the C25K program. I need somewhere to go from here (I work much better with weekly and daily goals set). I plan on running a half marathon that is 14 weeks from tomorrow, can someone a half marathon plan that would be a good follow up to the OHR program? just to be clear I am not trying to be competitive in the HM, just would like to finish it still running.

I can't see the Higdon intermediate being too much of a challenge for any runner.

Google it.

That looks exactly my speed, and I have just enough weeks to get on it. Thanks!

I'm currently in the middle of this one:

My wife's a XC coach and suggested it as a good plan for me (she just does her own thing, I prefer a written plan).

My race is Nov 6 and it seems to be getting me adequately prepared.
