Not really a warmup. Just got in the water and got wet to get used to it and avoid the shock to the system.

The water was like glass and crystal clear. The TT start meant I had as much room as I could possibly want and swimmers were well spread out for the frist lap. Took it easy & tried not to get frazzled at swimming through the slower swimmers on the second lap. Swim time included the long run to TA.
