Subject: Key West Sprit Distance Tri Bib
Hello all,

One of my friends didn't register for the Key West Tri in time but still wants to do the sprint.  Does anyone have a bib to sell or know of anyone not going that would be willing to sell their bib?

Thanks,
Kiel

The race was sold out pretty quickly to be the first time that this race takes place....I tried to register about 3 weeks ago and it was already sold out.....A shame because i  can't imagine a better place for a tri....

I was planning on doing the Olympic relay with some co-workers. I procrastinated registering our team for some reason.

I had to let my teammates know why we weren't going to be racing.

I registered for the Olympic pretty quickly.  I was surprised it sold out so fast.

I know a few people who waited too long.  The person who originally told me about it waited too long, and he lives down there.  I always register for any race immediately once I decide I'm for sure going to do it.  It's usually cheaper too.

Also I don't think racers are permitted to sell their spots.  You have to present a drivers license to pick up your packet, so the racer would have to be there in person to do that.  Also the USAT statistics for that bib number would be applied to the registered racer.  USAT would probably ban the registered person if they got caught.
