I'm able to start picking up the pace in my bike and run numbers now that I have more time. Unfortunately, my leg is getting better like I wanted it to, so I'm going to fall way short on that one unless I'm able to get in for an appointment and he works magic on me. I'll do what I can, but I have my last two races on 8/28 and 9/11 and I want my leg to be ready for that (pain free). I can get my cardio in on the bike.

So, today is my birthday, and after i ran and swam this morning (took the day off work) I went to by myself a present from the bike store. Helmet...no, i got one, new seat...nah just got one...hmmm....how about the trek 2100. So i got my self a new '06 trek 2100 to ride on (finally getting off my stumpjumper MTB). Whooooweee that's a sweet smooth ride. Gonna start taking giant chunks of my bike goal off now.

Happy belated birthday, Tabasco!! Nice ride - I'm sure those chunks will be coming out of the time in a hurry.

Yeah, I'm having trouble reading those posts too. In all honesty, I get a few words in and then quit, move to next post.

I got a brick in last night as part of a Surf & Turf race - 751 yard swim (if we're being exact ) and 5k run. Very fun time.

Slight problems with my morning brick, I did the run, but it started raining out here. I had to hold off on the bike ride (not quite secure in riding those thin tires in the rain), and due to the thunder the gym pool shut down. If i can't finish off tonight, i'll start again tommorrow.

Got my brick in today - 1900yd OW swim and a 40 mile bike. Now if I do back to back naps, does that count as another brick?

Way to go Amy!!!

I've been keeping up with my training, but just got back in town from business. Will be updating my log over tonight and tomorrow. It's all written down and it's not like I add much detail

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Way to go team!
We are still in a reachable victory!
I think they got my logs wrong.
I am supposed to be at 79.9 or 80%
But that will not matter when we win.
Way to go ATL for leading the team this week!

Maybe if your captain sent in the numbers, they'd be right

There is a discrepancy, but it doesn't change the overall standings, so unless I have other corrections to make, I'll catch it with the next update.

Greetings from the north. Maybe not as north as BC, but it's cooler, more trees, and the wildlife is a bit scary - I have yet to face a bear, and unlike the one on BT, this one can out run me on my bike. I hope all races are going well and such, but I don't have much time to look at peoples' logs... sorry. Ummm, enjoy the training team mates! Talk to you when I get back to civilization (sunday). Peace

Ok, rode my bike today with the intention of finishing off my bike goal...BUT...my ass hurt from riding for over an hour. With 4 miles left, i'll go over my goal on the next bike ride. I should hit my run goal by weeks end. Swimming killed me (which is odd, because before this i was at the gym everyday swimming), but i'll make up as much of it as i can (two-a-days if need be).
