Age Group Rank = 0/
Ate a bagel with lowfat mozzarella and turkey on it. NOM NOM NOM. Drive to event and arrive 1 hour early. Next time bring a GPS because Carl always gets lost and never bring directions. No worries.
VERY light jog of about 1 mile on the track with Carl, followed by active stretching. It felt REALLY good to warm-up like this and will do it again, for sure.
