Comments: All out and head nothing back.... I really wanted to walk during the second mile though! What would you do differently?: Nothing... this was a fun run!  Post race
Warm down: Had to finish up with a little bit more run to make the right distance then I walked a round for a bit, grabbed some water, a banana, and a couple of dounut holes before heading back to my car to beat the traffic. What limited your ability to perform faster: Nothing!! Event comments: The start was a little crazy and there was nothing post race but it was still a nice event! I will do it again! Left the house after not being sure I was even going this morning. I got up just before 7 am and was out the door around 7:30. Got there and picked up my parents packets and mine. Walked them back to the car after donating our pies we received to charity. Ran into my running buddies, Joan and Sue, and hung out with them until around 8:15 am. Then went outside to line up and watch the 5 milers go off!
Walking around the area... there was no need to warm up for a 2 miler.
