Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 4:30. Made a half PB&J and had some yogurt with granola. Tried to go easy on the H20. It didn't want to get too much liquids in my system and miss start (like I did at the last HM..., but that's another story)
Event warmup:

Over 11,000 runners gathering around the small island of Sentosa didn't allow for a warm up.
Run
  • 1h 54m 45s
  • 21.1 kms
  • 05m 26s  min/km
Comments:

I hate it when ppl don't line up based on realistic finish times and throw in the ppl that walk the race and line up at the front of the pack. It was frustating, but it was great to see so many ppl out to run. oh well. Rather then spending extra energy & effort weaving around ppl, I just took it for what it was & had fun. It took over 4km to finally get in race pace.
What would you do differently?:

Show up earlier to line up towards the front!
Post race
Warm down:

Walked around & chatted with other runners. Grabbed a few isotonics and water along the way.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Joggers & walkers!
